2. Please enter your name, nationality, and birthday accurately and click the [Submit] button.

1. On the login page, click [Forgot email or password?].
2. Click [Forgot password?] at the bottom of the Find email page.
3. Please enter your email address accurately and press the [Submit] button.
4. A temporary password will be sent to that email within 5 minutes. Please check your mailbox or Spam
Please check your inbox including the spam inbox. If you don’t receive the temporary password to your email account, please request on QnA page.
5. After you log in with temporary password, please change password into yours in My Account
If you log in with this temporary password,
Please change it to the new password immediately and use the service safely.
What if you don't change it to a new password right away?
1. Temporary passwords are randomly generated, so it's hard to remember.
2. Mail issued through SMS or e-mail may remain and be exposed to others.
ADidn't you get the temporary password e-mail?
You may not have received a temporary password e-mail for the following reasons.
If you requested a temporary password via email, it has been sent to the email address you gave us.
# Confirm the email address from which the temporary password was sent
1. If your inbox is full, you will not receive a temporary password. Please check if there is enough capacity for the inbox.
2. temporary password emails may be classified as spam mail. Please check your spam mailbox or trash can.
3. The temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address you gave us when you requested a temporary password through the customer center. Please check again to see if you gave me the wrong email address.
4. The temporary password mail may not have been delivered immediately because of the poor receiving condition of the company that provides your mail account.
5. If your E-mail address is dormant because you have not logged in for a long time, you will not be able to receive the email. Please re-ask the temporary password after you release the dormant status.
Please check the above again.
If it still doesn't work out, please ask for a temporary password again.
AThe audition should proceed with the scheduled timeline when it opens. However, if the schedule has to be changed for unavoidable reasons, you must apply for the request form at least seven days in advance with reasons.
The Vivid team will review and reply to you. Requesting of changing the schedule might be rejected.
Failure to comply with the audition schedule may result in penalty.
